A little bit about us,

Home Management Services was founded in September 1994 by Luane Clugston who noticed a gap in the Property Rental Market. Luane created a solely Residential Management Business, carrying out the following Services for all leading Estate Agents within Belfast, Holywood and North Down at this time.

The Management role included: preparing the Property For the Rental market, Selecting a Suitable Tenant, Rent Collection, Deposit Holding, Inspecting, Maintaining and Carrying Out Check Ins and Check Outs.

This business platform was carried out very successfully for 16 years before additional services were added such as Lettings, Meeting Prospective Tenants and Carrying out viewings alongside our previous services. Anna joined her Mother officially at this time, enabling the business to grow after having quietly worked in the background on a part time basis for a number of years.

Richard was then a vital addition in 2013 to Home Management Services, having successfully run his own business for 10 years bringing a large skill set to Property Lettings with Management.

Our Business continues to remain Private and Professional, we are very different to High Street Property Agents. We care very much for our portfolio of rental properties, going above and beyond where necessary. We are dedicated and determined to maintain clean, neat and tidy standards at all times within the Rental properties.
