We implement no upfront costs or tenant finding fees and are confident that you will get the best service possible with us. We do not charge VAT so all prices quoted are what you pay.

Credit and background checks are carried out on all applicants to determine suitability, also ensuring references and guarantors are acceptable.

Regular inspections and maintenance standards are adhered to so properties do not suffer neglect throughout the tenancy. Tenants must sign our legally binding contracts which clearly set out all terms and conditions to be adhered to.

We have access to a panel of tradesmen for any necessary maintenance and repairs – such as electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.

We aim to provide a hassle free experience and ensure peace of mind that your property is more than adequately looked after on your behalf.

Tenants

Once a suitable tenant has been selected and an application approved, we then go through all the legal documentation and contracts so as they fully understand all terms and conditions that they are signing up to.

Our contracts are fair and legally binding to all parties involved. We retain the original copy of the lease and give the tenant a photocopy for future reference. Deposits and a full months' rent are to be paid by the tenant when signing up to the contract.

The deposit ensures security that there is money available to rectify any issues with the property that the tenant may have caused during their time that are not classified as general wear and tear.

We are the sole point of contact for the tenant regarding any queries, questions or problems via our 24hour service available. All issues regarding the property will be dealt with by us and where necessary referred to the Landlord for approval for repairs or maintenance.
